Alutors (olyutors, alyutors (in Koryak., Chukot - alutal'u,in another version - on Eskimoan alutora – "enchanted place") is one of the indigenous peoples of the North. They lived in the north of the Kamchatka Territory. In Russian sources , they were first mentioned in the beginning of the XVIII century as a special people. Later they were considered as an ethnographic group of Koryaks.

In Russia, according to the All—Russian Population Census of 2002, the Alutors did not stand out separately and were mainly included in the Koryaks, among whom 3 people identified themselves as "Alutors", 3 more people as "Alutalu", 6 people as "Olyutors", that is, only 12 Alutors. According to the 2002 census, 40 people in Russia speak the Alutor language, including 2 "Koryaks" in the former Koryak Autonomous Area of the Kamchatka Territory.

According to the data of the All-Russian census 2020-2021 Alutorians number 96 people, also in the variants of the specification of ethnic identity were the following self-names: Karaginians, Namylans, Nymylans.
